The path to the MVP

  1. Consolidate a reproducible baseline and record qualification evidence.
  2. Define scientific contracts and repeatable independent reading.
  3. Qualify reliable OSDU publication and actual supported clients.
  4. Deliver source/destination controls and the focused well-data workbench.
  5. Harden operations and validate the complete journey with users.

Beyond the first release

Broader domain coverage, additional commercial connectors, reproducible AI datasets and enterprise delivery follow demonstrated customer demand. General customer bucket configuration, a packaged connector SDK and the AI dataset builder are not available today.

Ownership, lineage and visibility have delivery gates.

M1 includes durable customer-owned lineage and independent export/reproduction. M3 adds History/Derived from and explicit manual-edit provenance. M4 qualifies customer diagnostics, redaction, access controls and tests that disabled vendor sharing sends no analytics.

M6 adds reproducible datasets, label provenance, split checks and customer-controlled AI execution. Advanced impact graphs and analytics follow demonstrated demand.
